Nice little icon here. I love the colors and the form, both are really well done. Your use of a clashing color for the eyes is well thought through, and adds interest. You have good textures here, and the entire icon seems to be a single, solid piece instead of a cobbled-together set of colorful animal parts. Good work on the shading, it's got nice consistency and helps bring the character into the third dimension. An area to work on would be animation. Your two-frame wobble is standard for many icons, but to make this piece really unique you need to go beyond the standards and really try to make something incredible. I recommend a three or four frame bobbing cycle, with slight forward and backwards motion like a playful, energetic animal.
